There's a car rental agency called nü INSIDE the Four Points LAX. They used to be Ace. I'm not sure how good they are. I use Alamo/National/Enterprise for most of my rental needs and Budget for when I'm desperate. I should also add that the Budget shuttle is a good alternative to the hotel shuttle, which can take a bit longer and stops at Westin LAX first.
