Seriously, what don't people understand about AC's customer service unless you are SE or paid J?
And for those who claim that ordinary travellers don't know what FT'ers know about FIM, IRROPS, etc...they should read up on the subject and inform themselves.
Book a cheapie ticket, get cheapie service. It's a crappy response, but AC is not a magnificent paragon of customer service for those don't know how to push the right buttons.
A strange comment given that certain Y fare buckets are higher than J fare buckets. Are they treated better? And should full J pax get better service than Z fares?

'Inform yourself' of what? And to what end? To tell airline employees how to do their jobs? At that rate, airlines might soon end up having to pay IRROP pax for training their staff
