I flew ORY-LHR last week. Flight time was 41 mins. I was in ET in row 5, with CE 1-4. As the curtain was missing, I had a good view of proceedings. I got my drink and snack within around 10 minutes - a G&T and a packet of crisps, enough to sustain me during the flight. CE had around 18 pax, with 2 dedicated crew. Meals were slowly handed out, although great care was taken that everything on the tray was properly arranged, and bread was done individually rather than per row. Drinks followed around 10 mins after the meals arrived, on a trolley pushed by the purser. The final meal tray was handed to the guy in 4C as we passed Dover. He barely had time to begen to eat (let alone drink) by the time we were lined up over the Docklands. Waay to slow IMO, but thankfully didn't affect me. As the lounge is before security in ORY (and is quite a distance from security), I think they should (as a minimum) have a bottle of water on the meal trolley so people don't have to wait until the plane is over the Channel to get something to drink.
In comparison, the service on JER-LGW was much faster, and I even got a second drink before the wheels came down ("there's always time for another champagne").
