This isn't new. They charged for wine the last times I stayed there before the new lounge. If they must charge, at least they could align their pricing structure with how Capital Hilton changed theirs after renovating their lounge - 4.00/glass for beer and wine. How was the renovation to the space? Also, did you stay in one of the rooms on those floors? They were all updated as well.
