How does this demonstrate Malaysia's incompetence?
They don't own the satellites that communicate with the ACARS system. I'm sure they're very glad for the US help, but for the first six days of the search they were doing the best they could with the information they had.
What's being revealed now is straight out of a James Bond novel and is way down the list of probable occurrences.
