For me, I avoid the first 3 rows. Rows 1-3 have slightly smaller overhead space (you can see that looking forward) and according to Seatguru they are slightly narrower. Also, row 1 does not have under seat storage for the laptop. Row 2 you have people in row 1 cramming their stuff under their seat. I usually prefer 4A or 6A because they have the window set so I can lean into it when there is a linebacker in B.
