I'm new to this - Just got a Bluebird card and wanted to now get a Vanilla Reload Card. However, I live in Washington State and there are no CVS stores here. We do have a Walmart but they don't sell Vanilla Reloads. Every other possible option seems to be "cash only." Looks like I won't be able to use the Bluebird -- darn!! Any suggestions??
