They gave me 12k more wings but am still missing 24k wings. My total should be 125k.

I took 36 segments. It looks like they're doing some sort of manual adjustment incorrectly. I now have 48 speed bumps (of the 1k kind), so more speed bumbs than I have segments (instead of 36 of the 2k kind).

The website says I earned 200k Aeroplan miles; the total should be something like 258k miles (including 1k bonus miles per speed bump segment). I sent them an email last night (again) with copies of my email receipts showing the time I booked the tickets on November 14. Hopefully this gets resolved soon.
