Row 16 is great it you love more legroom than is useable, people standing in front of you waiting to use the bathroom, nowhere to put your tablets, books, headphones, etc. except on the floor on in the seat with you. My preference is anywhere else (aisle if just me.). This MCE cabin has lots of legroom, more than enough for comfort and still being able to put stuff under the seat ahead if need be. And with the seat back pocket in the seat ahead you can store your stuff. In the past 3 months I have taken flown this craft over 6 times (LAX-LHR-LAX) and I have tested all the seats. My favorite is row 19.
