Cannot resist, but please don't flame me; Old adage in design/manufacturing:
"Good, Fast, Cheap? Pick Two." [[but I suspect you know this ... Oh BTW, the possessive of "it" is "its" ... "it's" is short for it is. One of the exceptions where English usage is maddening]
Anyhow, on topic. The Haruka is the fastest, but for the best deal the combo Haruka/Cash Card (IOCCA?) has worked for us, but I think you can only get it by applying on line before arriving in Japan.
