Something very odd happened to LAS, I flew out end of feb, and back beginning of March on a 241, and was changing dates a couple of times up until the beginning of Feb, there was plenty of availability, then literally overnight, it all vanished on all dates. I meant to write this in my opening post. When i booked my flights in January, there was plenty of availability but just none that I could work to in April for the return leg. I wasnt overly concerned due to previous success.
Checking daily, as you said, all of a sudden everything just vanished completely overnight.
Re the reward map, to be fair i have always found it to be fairly accurate, but i have been trying to book normally as back up and still nothing.
