Yup, I checked before I booked, and I should get 100%. Done everything right and still got screwed by both airlines. There is no way to tell which what is a promo fare or not.

I called A3 and they said AC inform them my fare was promo fare. I called AC and Air Canada doesn't know what "promo" fare is, that is why I came here and ask.
