I have to agree with Petrus.
I've had reason to call or e-mail YouFirst/GGL Helpline quite a lot.
On the whole, they've sorted out problems, made complicated bookings and answered questions I've had.
It has also been done in a efficient and friendly manner.
If something would take time, they'd ask if they could call me back, rather than keeping me on the phone.
There have been a few exceptions, but on the whole I'm very happy with YouFirst/GGL Helpline.
