Short answer - no

Longer answer, cancelled flights will require a "new" money change fee, is the value remaining taking in account the change fee? The way you recover the residual value of a cancelled ticket is to "change" the ticket to the new itinerary. Hence it is not possible to combined two cancelled tickets into one because it would require two new separate itins to recover the value.
