In the past few months I've booked 3 flights on United using cash + travel certificates, that I ended up having to cancel within the 24 hour window. Unfortunately my travel certificates never got refunded, and I haven't been able to get anyone at United to help me.

Can anyone provide suggestions/insight into what my next steps should be? It's been almost 2 months since the flights were cancelled and I have no certificates
