Bizarre - I want to save others the confusion I've had the last 30 min. SPG.com is showing zero availability across 18 hotels in the YYZ vicinity tonight and tomorrow, but it opens up again Friday.

We're talking from YYZ to Niagara Falls and anything in between. SPG Chat saw the same thing and thought sold out, but I thought impossible, called SFP Dixie and sure enough, they have availability. So we're doing a work-around - problem seems to be specific to a certain area, something I've never seen before.

Hotel told me to tell the Plat line to book me a points reservation as requested on another night and to call the property to switch it to tonight.

What a mess...
