I saw this program on television maybe two nights ago. It was quite interesting. The interviews with AF executives on how they went too far in product cuts and are re-thinking and re-investing in the customer experience also seem to correlate with what some folks here have observed.

My personal favorite was the response by Franz with regard to how the ME3 are pricing not for profit but for growth--growth that will come at the expense of legacy EU carriers. He also said something to the effect of "we will see who can hold their breath the longest..." Classic.
