AMS passport control does not check most EU passports against Interpol databases; a huge proportion of EU passports at AMS aren't checked even against SIS or other EU or member state databases.
Even as a US citizen at AMS, my passport is scanned at AMS passport control less than 25% of the times I have entered or exited the Schengen zone there. And my EU passport using travel party members? Lower than 25%. YMMV, but the general situation (of cursory checks) has lead to intelligence and law enforcement investigative frustration for years even in relation to just AMS, where the government does jump to the tune of a US fiddle in many ways.
