Views and perceptions of passengers are extremely subjective, especially with regards to topics discussed on these forums. One passenger might not have had his favorite meal, and they go on and downgrade an airline for "failing its 5-star standard" while another has a serious complaint about ground services--yet it is not that heavy to weight in his or her rating of an airline.
Words like "extremely rude" "descpicable" "horrible" "atrocious" "horrors" all add to a great mystery and adventure novel--yet they do not help travellers make choices. I wish people would just be objective and not get overly emotional.
