Silver line: beware of 1 hour + hold time
Hi all,

I've just been on hold for 1.01 hrs in order to rebook a flight that was cancelled by BA.

I hung up myself after that time. As it is now past 20.15 in the UK, I had my doubts whether anyone would ever answer.
