When you get to CCR status that nice Mr Hillier will write to you, and apparently will mention your guesting rights in that letter. When the concession was brought in, about 2 or 3 years ago, that nice Mr Hillier also wrote to Prems and CCRs to let the members know about it.

Yes I do it all the time, there are quite a few witnesses to it here.....
