I am a UK citizen wanting to rent a car at DFW for almost 3 weeks in June. I'm 22 so need some kind of deal with the young driver fee included/waived. Had a good look at the young driver thread but am still confused. Played around with the various CDP and PC codes listed (USAA and Gold Plus, which I would of course join if I was going to use it) but every time when I go through to book it still comes up with something like 'These conditions are for drivers over 25' then I click the terms and it mentions a young driver surcharge.

Are these young driver waiver things available only to US citizens? I'm booking through the UK website obviously, should I be trying the US one? Only trouble is if I book as a US citizen the insurance situation is different.
