Hi Gold Passport Concierge, a quick question regarding a BRG!
I tried to do a BRG for the Hyatt Capital Gate in Abu Dhabi, vs Agoda.com but was denied because on the Hyatt site it said that "Late check-out available depending on availability" at the bottom of the rate details whereas on the Agoda.com it didn't say that. But since it is not a guaranteed amenity, is that applicable?
