Citigold Offer
I saw the link on the Mileage Professor's cite, but it is from July 2013.

Is this offer still out there? Also, I already have 4 active Citi Visa or MC AA cards plus a Citi Visa Business AA card. Assuming the Citigold offer is still good at the branches, can I get the bonus for that when I'm already a multiple Citi AA card holder?
