Baggage interlining is only guaranteed when all travel is on the same ticket and airlines are increasingly refusing to interline in all other cases.

Given that you have separate tickets, and not even with an alliance/Flying Blue partner airline, you must assume that any request to have your bags checked through will be denied. Allow sufficient time between tickets to enable you to retrieve your bag and recheck it, allowing for possible delays.
