Bingo! FR24 is a spotter/enthusiasts tool and nothing more. It relys on an army of volunteers using amature radio ADS-B receivers. It is incredibly prone to signal interference.

In post #1250 there is a brief background to ADS-B The navigation integrity category and navigation uncertainty category are somewhat ignored by amature equipment, as is the SPI function and others.
