here is my experience. Sunday 3/9
PART1 of course machine is broken and i need to go to customer service to load recently purchased cards (OM promotion).
was denied because "we do not load gift cards". ok, please show me the policy. it is visa debit card as far as i can see.
back and forth, talked to ASM(assistant store manager) and ...(assistant store supervisor). they could not provide me any policy, and eventually ASM says that they take only cash to load to BB and shows me policy for the walmart card. After I told her that I am not interested to listen about different card, she tells me that her daughter is a lawyer(...???) and she will call the police. I encouraged her to do so and she calls security guard. While in the store I called 1800-walmart and reported that I threatened, frightened and humiliated by ASM and requested apology along with the official policies.
SM(store manager) called me today and told me that ASM never threatened to call the police and they take only cash. I asked him to verify(about the policies) and asked to talk to his staff about threats to call the polices. He ended up being fairly reasonable and after calling me back a few times to clarify he said that I could stop by and load my VGC cards "as long as machine at the register accepts it" -- his exact words

came to the store, of course clerk at the service denied loading these cards
asked her to talk to ASM(different from yesterday), but there was ...(same as yesterday) and she said her to load 3 cards(...????). i told her what SM told me and ... very reluctantly instructed that clerk to do so. clerk DENIES!!! I did not like how you talked to me and I will not do it. (...???). ... finally (again, very reluctantly) found other clerk to do so. she loaded 20 $50 cards.
I will call SM tomorrow and demand an explanation, so PART3 is coming

as far as ... it is abbreviation and has nothing to do with how that person looks
