I just want to be treated nicely, be comfortable, have an accommodating lounge in the terminals, and hopefully be on time. The chauffeured ride offered by Emirates is a nice perk.
I actually tried to book Emirates on the AS website last night and when I clicked on the "purchase" button, I received an error message that "the flight cannot be confirmed by the partner airline."
I leave in two weeks, so I may be sticking with AF. Not that big of a deal, but as it stands now, I have a 5 hour layover in LAX. On standby for an earlier flight. Hope it clears.
Emirates availability is near real time but not fully real time on Alaska website so sometimes it is better to call.
