Thanks! The thing about the MCO location is that the phone number listed I'm pretty sure is just a generic call-center. While I was at the airport, I couldn't even find a direct line to the service desk either (of course, I also didn't realize it was right below in the same terminal). Either way, at this point I called Budget directly and was only offered 50% back. So I also filed a dispute with my credit card (doubtful it'll go through) and posted several complaints online (BBB, RipoffReport, Yelp)
I believe its there direct number, i know Avis has a 888 number out there. As you stated i doubt a charge back will work as you signed the contract. I would try the number, or wait to see if they respond to your survey.
