I understand SMX-HNL did not meet their profit standards last summer. Allegiant has been working to adapt the Hawaii services to a profitable seasonal service which has impacted the original routes.

HNL to Fresno, Stockton, Eugene, Phoenix/Mesa all return this summer. But with the exception of Eugene, those all represent airports with much larger population draw areas than SMX (even if both Santa Barbara and SLO counties are used).

Hawaii to BLI, BOI, and GEG are being seasonally suspended.
