Other nations may unfortunately maintain their own border inspections, rather than accepting open borders planet-wide where all who are not currently incarcerated may travel freely. However, it is a truly delusional view of the world where other passengers must kowtow to paranoid, irrational fears that they must be identified so that others will feel "safe". Those who need such irrational fears allayed would be better off staying home where they can impose identification restrictions on those they allow on their own private property, if they permit visitors at all.
