Not worth to me. Not even the 100K the bonus when any new AA miles added would be the last miles at the bottom of the pile which currently can last for 4 to 5 years' F trips on CX to Asia.
So it depends on how many miles you have in your disposal. It is a sunken cost that you would not recoup until you start using the miles earned from this card.
