You're alluding to a grand conspiracy involving several passengers flying on stolen passports, ticketing agents, other airline workers, and security personnel. There would have to be dozens of people involved in such a conspiracy to pull this off, and any one person involved in the chain of ill-doers not in on the plan would cause the whole thing to collapse. Not to mention other factors such as PAX on the plane who would more than likely stand against a terrorist attack onboard.
It would be a much smaller conspiracy to have an armed pilot with ill intent, or some terroristic baggage handlers smuggle on some type of explosive with a timer than the above mentioned, unrealistic scenario.
We would all like to believe that the planes we fly on are 100 percent safe, but the truth is that they do crash from time to time. They're extremely safe, with many millions of miles flown between crashes, but some airline's maintenance procedures may be lacking, and some pilots may be ill-equipped to handle certain catastrophic in-flight scenarios, as some countries allow for laxer standards.
The world is too hypersensitive to the threat of "terrorism," seeing terrorists around every corner and viewing bad luck, poor maintenance, bad weather, pilot error etc. as the work of terrorists. As I type this, there are several news web-sites discussing the "terrorist" angle for this plane crash. It is irresponsible, sensationalistic journalism feeding into the fear of the masses promulgated by our governments since 9/11.
