My enquiry is now being "researched" by Hilton's airline liaison and I've been told to wait another 7-10 days. This is obviously a cock up related to the change from 1:2 to 2:3 conversion rate.

Problem is, I guess it's too late for me to book my New York hotel using points given I'm arriving there on the 25th March, so this delay has cost me at least £1000.
