She was interlining a bag onto JL for me, so I didn't want to raise a fuss - I was already happy with that - but oh man.

Yes, which is why it was comical - I NEVER fly Y on rewards and I have status with AC, so I didn't think I'd ever use this - but this was a short YUL-BOS hop for the wife, and she has no status, and there's no J on the flight. And we had cards in each of our names, just in case. Go go TD.
That is awful. We're thing of taking a trip to SFO using aeropeso, and want to use that one free checked bag per person. But if the agents are not knowledgeable and make you pay, it'll be so much hassle to try to get it back.
TD/cibc, aeropeso and AC need to get this straightened out.
