Today, even if it was rented in SV form, I'd choose a Lacrosse, 300, Taurus, Genesis, Impala, or Avalon over it. I'd probably even take a Fusion Titanium or a Hybrid over a Maxima.
I'm guessing you have actually driven the Premium or Sport ? SV form means nothing ( except Leather) without the Premium/Tech or Sport/Tech.

A fully loaded Impala costs $9k more and I would be surprised if someone who drove both cars would really chose the Impala money aside.

Anyway, the max may be the worst car ever, so what if they routinely go 500K miles, lol

My point was picking up a car for $28K that has an MSRP over $41K is hard to beat, impossible IMO.

Since I doubt even Canada rents SV Premium or Sports I guess I would value the opinion more of somebody who has actually driven the car

But anyway, I'm done. I figured I would let people on to what I believe is the best car dollar for dollar we have ever owned ( multiples Infiniti's , several 3 series , Vettes , Caddy's Lincolns) and come the end of 2014 you may find one fully loaded for about $25K with 0% financing.
