I'll second (or third) the Wikipedia suggestion.

Also, I believe you're actually looking for non-stop flight destinations. A direct flight may be a flight that travels from A--->B--->C on a single flight number. A to B would be a non-stop flight, A to C would be considered a direct flight. Wikipedia only shows A-->B destinations, not A--->C.
