Thanks for the replies. As many of you noted, I'm still losing weight, so why not stick with what works? And you are probably right. I guess, for myself, when I drink 3-4 Jack & Cokes, adding up to possibly 560 calories ... that is basically a meal. Just seems like such a ... waste of calories (the Coke anyway ).
