Avios Bookings Always use Pure Flight Numbers of the Operating Carrier!!!!

The OP is booked under a BA codeshare operated by CX (eg. BA flight XXXX op by CX YYY).

For Avios bookings, you would have been booked under a pure CX flight number (eg. CX YYY) as opposed to a BA flight number (with the notation "operated by CX"). In this case, the actual CX flight is in the same Amadeus PNR.

Codesharing and the ability of one airilne (eg. BA) to book flights on another airline (eg. CX flight with CX flight number) are two separate issues!!
