Dry airline? certainly not - 3 red wines, 3 white wines, Champagne, gin, whisky, a huge long drink menu.... you could have as much as you wanted. I did.
Cabin and seat - the plane was very new. The seat was a genuine flatbed (better than current AF sloper seats and pre-upgrade KLM seats)
IFE = an OK selection of Hollywood films - but I'm not an IFE expert.
Food: OK - but it was 1am. I didn't want a big meal.
Downside:
#1.They could not offer a boarding pass for my onward flight, so I had to pick one up in CDG However they did check my luggage right through.
#2. Three hours before landing they put lights to full for breakfast. I tried to sleep on, but the coup de grace: a special Chinese take on flying: Tai Chi! all IFE was stopped to show it on screen and the sound was blasted through the cabin like the pre flight safety. Paris time 4am and still 90mins before landing!
...woken with bright lights and compulsory Tai Chi... I thought I had gone to prison!
How was the Cabin Crew working in J?
