I do think that that hotel has dropped quite a bit since the days of it being known as the Pan Pacific. Actually, all of the old hotels have dropped quite a bit since they opened in the late 90's, so New Otani would be my first pick.

If I had to rate the current Minato Mirai hotels, I'd probably go:

1. New Otani
2. Royal Park Hotel
3. Intercontinental
4. Tokyo

But they're all too pricy for the value on weekends (especially Intercontinental). I'd just as soon spend a night inside the Manyo Club.
