OP has received a helpful answer to monitor the Mileage Run forum. But basically, fare mistakes last but a short time and many won't post about them until they're fixed as it will alert the carrier/hotel, etc., that much sooner.

There's no hard science to this. It all involves being in the right place at the right time (forum, internet site, etc.,) and being able to book the fare as soon as it occurs.
