Seriously? Plane sitting at the gate at a hub airport that is also a crew base, and an RJ not getting out of Boise, or whatever, with a flight attendant on it is acceptable reason to strand a plane full of people in Chicago with no compensation?

Well gosh. There's always weather somewhere. Might as well park an old RJ at a half dozen airports aroudn the country and say: Oopsie there's weather in Wichita and that was your plane! Never have to pay compensation for anything ever again!!!
