Grand Prize is a 12-day “Paris & Provence” trip for two (2) adults including roundtrip airfare, hotel accommodations, some meals, motorcoach transportation and guided tours.

WORKMAN “Food Lover’s Guide to Paris” Sweepstakes

Eligibility: The FOOD LOVER’S GUIDE TO PARIS Sweepstakes (hereinafter “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (and the District of Columbia) and Canada (excluding the Province of Quebec) who are 18 years old or older at the time of entry (hereinafter “Entrant”).

Entry Limit: Limit one entry per Entrant.

Grand Prize (1): France vacation for two (2) adults, detailed as follows:

i.) Round-trip economy airfare for two (2), to and from a major airport near the Grand Prize winner’s residence (at Promotional Partner’s discretion), to arrive in Paris, France, and depart from Nice, France, transportation to/from the airport in France (including transfers at dedicated, pre-scheduled times).

ii.) A 12-day “Paris & Provence” trip for two (2) adults.

Trip includes ten (10) hot buffet breakfasts, one (1) Be My Guest lunch, and three (3) evening meals, hotel accommodations at each destination including all service fees and taxes, transportation for the duration of the itinerary.

Items not included in the price include additional fees charged by airlines such as checked and/or excess baggage fees, seat selections and any other services; passport and visa fees; insurances of all kinds; tips/gratuities to Travel Directors, Motorcoach Drivers and Local Guides; laundry; phone calls; internet access; minibar; beverages and meals not detailed in the itinerary; optional excursions; and all items of a personal nature. Additional taxes and surcharges may be collected by foreign governmental and non-governmental entities. The price does not cover costs and expenses, including winners’ return home in the event winner leaves the guided vacation whether by his or her own volition, due to illness, action by any governmental or other reason. This list is illustrative and not a complete list of every item not included.

iii.) Trip must be taken between August 1, 2014 – August 1, 2015. Blackout dates may apply based on availability.

iv.) Total Approximate Retail Value is $10, 500. Actual ARV may change based on actual airfare prices and selected departure date. Trip has no cash value and therefore cannot be redeemed for cash.

Winner Selection and Notification: One (1) Grand Prize winner will be chosen at random in a drawing conducted on or about July 15, 2014 from all eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by mail, or e-mail by July 25, 2014.
