Well, KLM does not serve champagne on business class on European flights (only Spanish Cava, although a nice one). The same applies to Lufthansa, Austrian, SAS and probably Alitalia. But Finnair and BA serve champagne in real glasses. Does any one know which other airlines serve champagne within their Intra-European network. I'm not denying that a good sparkling wine is better than a poro champagne
