If it's a totally crappy seat, it's mid-haul, if it's a bearably crappy seat, it's long-haul.

Jokes aside, all flights over five hours tend to be considered long-haul by LH, which certainly includes all trans-Atlantic flights. All such flights are operated by Airbus A330/A340/A380 or Boeing 747.
