The madeleine without doubt. If this is a paid stay though, I don't see why you would limit your choices to Hyatt hotels, especially since you will not get any material benefits as a gold or platinum GP member.

In paris I frankly cannot imagine wanting to spend any time in the club lounge of a huge, second rate Hyatt property.
