The hotline booking can now be paid by anyone other than the staff member which never used to be allowed but it is now, the bookings still have to be made by the staff member though.

Re the booking, the website states:
"Payment for Hotline bookings made by staff who are resident in the UK, US, Canada, Bermuda or Europe can now be made with either the staff member's or the traveller's payment card (subject to permission being given by the cardholder).
Payment for Hotline bookings made by staff who are resident in all other countries must still be made with the staff member's payment card."
