If I'm paying $4k for breaking my apartment lease and another $4k for relocation expenses (moving company), is there any way I could earn more than 1 point for each dollar spent?

I know there would hardly be any card that pays more than a point for these type of charges, but I thought to get feedback from fellow FTers just in case there's any idea. TIA!
