After a few days in an Asian city like Hong Kong, I'm ready for a good old Big Mac.
The local food in Hong Kong is mostly inedible to me, so I'd frequently grab some grub either at a supermarket (360, in Central) or at Chungking Mansions.
On the rare occasion that I woke up at 6am (as opposed to
stayed up until 6am), I'd get dim sum. That's fine.
As for McD's in HK, someone once bought me an ice cream, and I was disappointed that they didn't have taro pies à la mainland China.
